Hi guys
Just thought I'd post some pics of my attempt at making a Nascar Truck. But it turned out to be more of a ute, maybe next time I'll cut it a bit lower.
The original car

Removed the back section

Filled it in with a piece of plastic folder & modified the rear window to fit back in

Used tamiya putty to fill it all in. Sorry guys forgot to take pics.
Ute all undercoated

And finally finish paint work.

Just need to finish interior, a couple of things on the outside & get some decals made up. I think it went alright for my first attempt at doing something like this & using a air brush gun. Many thanks to John for all your help & answering some many questions. I'll have a lot more in the future as I start my new track build, I'll have to come around & see how you've done yours.

Sorry guys don't know what happen to the pics, the first is really small & the others are really big.

Awesome work Brett, it looks really well done and thanks for sharing it with us, and yeah you should come around and check out the track and meet the guys as their is some guys here that can give you much better tips on painting than what I can and the tracks is starting to look very different right now and will be posting pics of it on the forum after the Bathurst weekend
