Was a cool racemeet last week with 9 drivers on hand to tackle Round 3 of both the Porsche Cup and Lexan GT3.
We started first with the Porsche's and there were fantastic with the heats going smoothly and a couple of ripper finals aswell. The A-Final was a ripper with anyone of 4 guys fighting for the lead at several stages but Dan Smith was flying and was too good for the field. 2nd was John Schultz and 3rd was Stephen Clarke.
The night finished with Lexan GT3 and these cars are just fantastic on how well they drive around the track. Qualifying was awesome with several cars well into the 7 sec bracket and the heats were mint. The finals were great, but there was one car that was just that bit too good for the rest of the pack and it was Steve Dalton who grabbed the win from Dan Smith in 2nd and 3rd was John. This week aslong as covid does not lock us down we have V8's and Lexan GT3
