Great Night of racing last night with 12 drivers taking on Slotworx V8's for the final round for the first part of the year. The A-Final was another great battle with Ryan coming out on top after getting an early advantage from an accident on lap 1 which claimed 5 of the 6 cars. But once the race settle and got in a groove the gap the field started to bunch up more setting us up for another great finish. In the end John fell short in trying to run down due to a pit stop needed with 2 laps remaining. Sandman was also pushing hard and came home with a 3rd place, while Steve could consider himself unlucky when in a front running position a botched pit stop cost him about 25+ seconds. Anyway our next V8 series will start in 1 months time after the GT3/GTE enduro next fortnight. GT3/GTE last night was cool fun besides some guys having car issues the A-Final was pretty epic with some great pack battles. Allan came out ontop in the end to just snatch it from Sandman who's car ran out of fuel as it was about to cross the line for the victory. While Steve grabbed 3rd place with a solid drive. Congrats also to the Top 3 from the Slotworx series with Ryan taking the series from Sandman in 2nd place and Steve in 3rd. Should have final points and all race results up in the next day or so.
