| Great Racing Friday night with 10 racers hitting the track and some wicked races were had. Once again the night started with the V8's and the heats were fantastic. Once we got the heats done we moved into the finals. The B final was a cracker with Josh and Shaz moving forward to the main race. The A-Final was pretty fast paced with John bolting early but his V8 was a test mule for the latest InCarPro Firmware so he removed himself from the final results bumping everyone else up one position from their finishing spots. Once again in the 2nd part of the year Sandman has shown that its about being consistant from lap to lap and avoiding the crashes, so in the end Sandman got a deserved win from a very fast finishing Josh Lúken who got caught in early race dramas, i think it could have been alot different if his race was alot cleaner early. 3rd place went to a deserving Bruce, who in the 2nd part of the year since having his cars setup inhouse by John is really starting to trouble the regular front runners as his pace has been fantastic even with a controller that has been giving him a few issues. The Porsche's were up 2nd and even though qualifying started out really ordinary once the heats began these put on probably the best races of their short life at NBS so far. The final heat heat between Scotty and John was bloody awesome! The A-Final was a little messy at the start while John got a decent lead early but lost concentration when a pitlane issue occured with another car and allowed Sandman to storm to the lead and his car is right on the money atm so catching him was near impossible as Sandman was doing qualifying standard laps in the last stint of the race. John had to settle for 2nd with but was happy with that result in the end while he still develops the setup in the car. 3rd went to Josh with his 2nd podium of the night after getting unlucky with a pitlane drama but recovered somewhat for the podium. Both Series are now finished with Trophy presentation to be next forntnight as our Xmas Breakup. Congrats to Sandman who has definately taken out both series, and while im fairly certain the minors in both the series go to Allan and Bruce but just need to do the drop round for the V8's yet to finalize. Thanks to all who have participated throughout the series plus it has been mint to see some regular apperances from Trent and Tristan, and Graham last round and Gumtree Steve at Round 1. Be great to see as many possible turn up next fortnight for the Xmas 2.5 hour Enduro with the Slotworx Porsche's as we will have many regulars plus Gumtree Steve has already nominated for next fortnight so im sure next fortnight is going to be filled with lots of fun and banter!
